ENDORSEMENT:
“In ELMSFORD, the district deserves leadership that is truly centered on students, grounded in respect, and accountable to the community it serves.
Dr. Charlotte Phoenix is that kind of leader! She understands that our schools work best when all students are the priority — not politics, not power/control, not personalities, not closed-door decision-making, but the real needs, growth, safety, and success of EVERY child. She also understands that leadership should not feel distant from the community. It should reflect the values of the families it serves: fairness, honesty, transparency, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to doing better!”Analysis, Commentary, and Party News
